Agreement with personal data processing

I consent to the collection, storage and processing of personal data contained in this form by KKCG Real Estate Group, a.s., with registered office at Evropská 866/71, Vokovice, 160 00 Prague 6 (or its employees) for the purpose set out below. I grant this consent for all the data contained in this form for a period of 5 (five) years from the date of consent. I am also aware of my rights under Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, and Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right referred to in Article 21 of the said Regulation. I have been informed of all the completed parts of this form, all the information is accurate and true and is provided voluntarily.

The consent given may be freely withdrawn at any time by writing to the address of our registered office as entered in the commercial register or electronically via the link provided for this purpose in the commercial communication. Any revocation of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data made at a time prior to the granting of such consent.

Purpose of the processing of personal data
In accordance with Section 5 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, all data provided in this form is collected and processed solely for the purpose of contacting the data subject by telephone and email and sending sales and marketing communications relating to the Aura Statenice project by electronic means in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll, on certain information society services, until the data subject sends written information to the address of the controller's registered office stating that he/she no longer wishes to receive commercial information from the controller), but for a maximum period of 5 (five) years. The aggregated data from this form may be used by the controller for statistical purposes, for the controller's internal use.

Declaration by the controller
The controller declares that it will collect personal data to the extent necessary to fulfil the stated purpose and will process it only in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected.
