Thoughtful layout
Two of the three houses of type D will offer an area of 148.2 m2. However, we also offer these houses with 5+kk available. On the ground floor, there is a spacious entrance hall, a garage for one car, a living room with a kitchen, a fireplace, and an entrance to the garden with a terrace. On the second floor, you will find one master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a private bathroom, two children's rooms with a shared bathroom and a study. House D1 (7+kk) offers one more floor, which adds two more rooms and a generous terrace with views of the surroundings.
Gardens
The gardens at row houses are smaller but cosy. Their primary purpose is to extend the living room by sitting in the garden. There will be wooden fences between the individual houses to maximize the privacy of the residents of each house.
Plenty of privacy
All three terraced houses of type D are combined into one building, and its gardens are fully protected from the street. The living spaces are oriented to the garden or the street, but only in the rooms on the upper floors. The newly created street will also only serve residents, so there will be very little traffic and, therefore, safe for pedestrians and children.

top'residences are interwoven with smart technologies and solutions that will satisfy even the most demanding clients. Row houses D-type have floor hearing in the standard and air-conditioning units. All houses have an air-conditioning unit with heat recovery and an enthalpy exchanger, which is very energy efficient and suitable for allergy sufferers. An electronic security system is a matter of course. The houses will be prepared for the installation of PV solutions with sufficient capacity for charging electric cars, as well as preparation for the placement of a fireplace insert and a central vacuum cleaner.
